Happy Summer - The Awning is Up!

Happy Summer – The awning is up!

Our summer tech staff and volunteers are in the midst of tech week for The Drowsy Chaperone, the first of our 5 fully produced summer shows.

Almost 200 students have enrolled so far and both buildings will be abustle when classes begin on July 1.

Core staff and select teachers are set to go through CPR certification next week to be better able to assist with First Aid and CPR for patrons and students when needed.

Offers have gone out to our wonderful pool of applicants for our Gen Z Production Team apprentice program for our production of Romeo & Juliet to be held in our reinvisioned outdoor theatre.

Volunteers and neighbors have been generously working to give the grounds a summer sprucing up.

The Jester makeup is on its way.

We are ready for summer!

All we need is you!

Please get your tickets to come see The Drowsy Chaperone, and each of our 5 shows this summer season!

Please join us for our Summer Kickoff party Sunday, June 30 after the show!

And please donate to the theatre to help us bring you and the community robust summer programming.

Even before considering production costs, salaries, education and outreach expenses, it takes $713.98 per day to simply keep this gem of an organization and our wonderful antique buildings open and operating.

Even with robust summer audiences, ticket sales just can’t touch our operating or production expenses.

We love what we do! And we are committed to our mission, to educate, empower and inspire people of all ages from all backgrounds to explore their creative talents, experience live theatre, foster community, and nurture a life-long appreciation of the performing arts.

We can’t do it without your continued support!

Please consider a donation today to help us educate, empower and inspire through our 73rd summer season!

With appreciation for this incredible community,

Jenn Pina, Producing Artistic Director
