Are you performing in a show at CCTC|HJT, or the parent of a child performing in one of our shows? Please read and agree to our terms of participation by filling in the online form. It is a requirement to fill out an agreement form for each show you are in. We appreciate your participation in keeping the theatre experience safe for all!
