Audition

 

Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved stories, and the classic animated film. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and book by Doug Wright. Come be a part of this enchanting fable with its irresistible songs, including “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World!”

All are welcome!

 

Seeking kids, teens and adults of all genders, races, abilities. Please come prepared to play, move, read sides, and sing 16 bars of an up-tempo tune.

 

Please note: the role of Ursula has been cast. All other roles are open! All roles are non-union, unpaid.

 

Please arrive promptly 15 minutes prior to the beginning of auditions to fill our audition sheets and sign in.

 

Group auditions begin promptly at 6pm 2/26, and 5pm 2/28. We’ll learn some simple choreography and play some group theatre games.

 

Individual auditions (reading sides, singing 16 bars of an up-tempo tune) will follow.

Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in!
