Julius Caesar, Shakespeare’s classic political thriller, is chock-full of lies, half-truths, betrayals, switched allegiances, and murder – not unlike our current political atmosphere. But in this gender-reversed production, it’s the women who hold the power, and some of our finest actresses are chomping at the bit to prove who can make it to the top – and stay there. Directed by James P. Byrne. This production is performed “in the round” at The Arts Center, 265 Sisson Road, Harwich Center on two weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday July 15, 16, and 17 and July 22, 23, and 24 at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $20 (adults)/$15 (under 21).
